Rupal Pinto was a semi-professional mehndi trouper from 1994 to 2003. Her evidence spans from representation  the glaring at volunteer festivals about India to now tenant mehndi entertainer at salons, weddings, and parties. In 1997-98, She was employed at the Spa Biba in Jenkintown, PA. After graduating from college in June 2002, She took one year off as an Americorps Volunteer in Philadelphia, PA. Today, She is a medical school student at the University of Pittsburgh. Because she anticipate a busy schedule, she is not available at this time to do henna art for clients.

The elements that unite our work are the promotion of creative thinking, teaching and learning, using the creative process as a tool to develop socially-engaged arts projects that respond to local heritage and cultural context. We operate throughout the Tees Valley, encompassing all art forms and working with educational organisations and communities to add value to existing activities and develop new ones. We work in partnership with statutory and voluntary organisations, and communities to embed cultural activity in education and lifelong learning, and in neighbourhood renewal and regeneration initiatives.

TMA is the pre-eminent UK wide organisation dedicated to providing a professional support network for the performing arts industry. It is an association of people and organisations throughout the UK professionally involved in the production and presentation of the performing arts. Its members include repertory and producing theatres, arts centres and touring venues, major national companies and independent producers, opera and dance companies, and associated individuals and businesses.

TMA is run by a Council elected from and by the membership. This Council represents all sectors of the business and employs the professional staff team who provide the services for members.

Diverse as they are, TMA members share a common conviction that the professional and social advantages of membership increase their ability to run successful businesses. Member organisations are encouraged to follow best professional practice and are given advice to enable them to do so.
