Senior Web Designer required - YOU MUST HAVE AN OUTSTANDING BLUE CHIP PORTFOLIO - PLEASE SUBMIT WORK AS SAMPLE URL's
My Birmingham based Client is looking for a competent online designer with creative ability, showing flair and talent and with at least 5 years experience. You will be joining an award winning (top-100) integrated brand/design/digital agency.
You must display an ability to design for both online and offline but above all must have a strong online background. A proven track record in creating strong brands is required for this role. Coupled with an excellent technical understanding of the design and build processes for web site development. Good flash design skills a distinct advantage.
The Role; Designing and developing blue chip websites for a varied client base. You will be confident in designing and developing for a range different channels including: the Web, CD ROMs and Desktop based applications.
Skills; Excellent use of Photoshop, Excellent knowledge of XHTML, excellent knowledge of CSS2, good use of Fireworks, good use of Flash, good use of Illustrator or similar software, knowledge of JavaScript an advantage, knowledge of ActionScript an advantage, project delivery orientated, proposal writing skills, site mapping
Personal Attributes; Attention to detail, confident, excellent team liaison skills, a supporting team player.
