VISUALS 3D
VISUALS 3D is a small specialist company who have been providing 3D graphics for design agencies, architects, marketing companies and our own end clients since 1996. We pride ourselves on producing high quality 3D visualisations and models for our customers at very reasonable prices. Thankfully today's technologies are making the process of Computer Generated Imagery quicker and easier. Having worked with many different industries (from aerospace through to computer games) we understand the different implications and applications of the 3D media format and are able to offer expert advice on the appropriate format and process to suit either your budget or specific requirements. For example, a static image of a design concept is totally different to that of a series of 'real-time' game characters or an interactive piece of training media. With each project we understand that the process can be streamlined to reduce costs depending on your project's requirements.
Quotation
As with most project enquiries we can only quote based on seeing an initial brief, the type and quality of the supplied data, and any other extra information that you can provide. Project meeting Once we have confirmation of the project and acceptance we will meet to discuss your requirements and expectations. At this stage we will assess the data provided and the formats supplied.
First stage approval
The first stage approval is basically filling in the canvas so you have an idea of what the visual/visuals may look like. This image is so that initial comments and discussions can take place and to show the direction of the work. We stress that this is usually only a 30-40% work complete at this point. Second stage approval This is usually the stage where we can't work on any further due to limited information, or there are other details need to be confirmed or adjusted (such as lighting, shadows, materials and camera angles.) At this stage changes are logged on a check-list. Third stage approval This is where details discussed at second stage are assessed and finalised. This may involve producing a few images for approval as subtle details are ironed out. Sometimes minor changes can be implemented very easily and if time permits we will tweak the visual until it reaches sign-off stage.
