A non profit making charity, providing arts training (projects & Courses) and support to community groups and individuals throughout the district of Bradford in West Yorkshire, England.
Bcal has a large room for conferences dance and rehersals on the first.
we also offer FREE projects to community groups until March 2004

There is a �15.00 fee for one year
all materials are usage of the center is then half price
