Scottish Potters Association
The Scottish Potters Association, founded in 1974, is one of the oldest organisations in Scotland providing vital support to ceramics.
It encourages a high standard of work, fostering enthusiasm and interest, and creating a network of professional and amateur practitioners and interested individuals and organisations.
Frequent meetings and workshops are held around Scotland, and a Spring residential weekend with demonstrations from potters of national and international standing, together with the regular newsletter, provide the opportunity to disseminate information and to debate aspects of the craft.
The SPA is a non-profit making organisation, run by its members for the benefit of its members.
